Verses on The Church

1 Corinthians 12:27-28
Now you are the body of Christ,& each one of you is a part of it. 28 & God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance,& of different kinds of tongues.
Ephesians 4:11-13
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors & teachers,12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith & in the knowledge of the Son of God & become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
1 Peter 2:17
Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor.
Psalm 133:1
How good & pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!
Romans 12:4-5
For just as each of us has one body with many members,& these members do not all have the same function,5 so in Christ, we, though many, form one body,& each member belongs to all the others.
Ephesians 4:4-6
There is one body & one Spirit-just as you were called to one hope when you were called-one lord, one faith, one baptism; one God & Father of all who is over all & through all & in all.
Matthew 25:40
The king will reply, "truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers & sister of mine, you did for me.'
Hebrews 10:24-25
& lets us consider how we may spur one another on toward love & good deeds,25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another-& all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Colossians 3:15

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as meme era of one body you were called to peace. & be thankful.

How to Read the Bible Devotionally Pt.Ⅱ

Now that we have sufficiently covered the Minimalist Method in part one let us now consider how to best maximize our time spent in God's word. For our purposes here we focus on Study Bibles and Journaling.       First, consider the Study Bible: As the name suggests it is a Bible with various notes to help the reader understand what it is they are reading. The Study Bible will generally include an introductory page on each book of the Bible that explains who wrote that particular book, when they wrote it, why they wrote it, and to whom they wrote. On the proceeding pages, there will be verse notes on concepts, doctrine, words, or actions found in that chapter.       In my time since I've become a Christian, there has been quite the explosion of Study Bibles; and they don't seem to be going anywhere any day soon. When considering which Study Bible to purchase it is important to remember that our goal of reading devotionally is to...
