Verses on Condemnation

 1 John 2:1-2

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin, But if anybody does sin we have an advocate with the Father-Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
1 Peter 3:18
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.
Titus 3:4-8
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, 5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that, having been justified by his grace, we become heirs having the hope of eternal life. 8 This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone.
Romans 4:7-8

Romans 5:18-19
Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. 19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man that many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

For March I wanted to do a series of various evergreen topics of the faith. Today we will be beginning this series with one of the most evergreen topics possible; that being our devotions. Today we will look at the RANSOM Bible study method. As well as a brief Church history lesson. But before that, we need to establish what it is that we're studying and why we study it. Galatians 1 LAB Notes

Paul's Background Is a Mercy to Us/ Galatians 1:1-2/ Pt 1. Paul's own introduction in Acts 22:3, Galatians 1:13-14. Acts 13:9 is a turning point in Saul's/Paul's name. Paul is his gentile name to reflect his focus on the gospel to the Gentiles. From henceforth he is referred to as Paul.  Look at pre-saved Paul and love the mercy of God towards sinners.  How Do We Know Paul's Words are God's Words?/ Pt 2. Paul saw the risen Christ and was a leader of it.  The word is self-authenticating for it is the highest authority/word there is.  Authorized by God, the Father, and Son /Pt 3. The Gospel and its authority come from Christ.  Paul was confirmed by men Acts 13, but it still came from God.  God raised His own son.
